Consumer electronics sites need to reduce purchase friction quickly, especially when buyers care about authenticity, local shipping, setup help, and bilingual support. For this project, the site had to reassure U.S.-based buyers that they were purchasing from an authorized dealer while also making product differences, setup resources, and support pathways easy to understand.
The site was structured around dealer trust, bilingual communication, and practical buying clarity. The homepage emphasizes U.S. shipping, authorized-dealer status, and bilingual support, while the broader site expands into product pages, compare flows, guides, troubleshooting, FAQ, and support content. This creates a more complete customer journey than a simple product listing alone and helps the store function as both a sales site and a support resource.
