HomersGroup

Built a real-estate focused web presence for HomersGroup around property trust, local market positioning, and a cleaner path for buyers, sellers, and prospects.

Role

Real estate website strategy, brand presentation, information architecture, and digital presence planning for property-focused audiences.

Challenge

Real estate websites need to communicate credibility quickly while helping different visitor types understand where to go next. The challenge for HomersGroup is presenting a professional property brand in a way that can support buyers, sellers, listings, local market content, and future lead-generation paths without feeling generic or unfinished.

Solution

The project is positioned as a real estate digital presence with a cleaner information structure, stronger trust cues, and room for future property/listing workflows. The portfolio entry is intentionally framed around web presence, positioning, and lead-path architecture until final public URL details and screenshots are confirmed.

Outcome

A clearer digital foundation for a real estate brand, with stronger project positioning and a more credible presentation path for future listing or lead-generation workflows.
